This was insane. Great workout !!
I haven't been able to workout with you for a while and this was a great way to restart. I gernuinely enjoyed every move (except planks, screw planks haha). The only move I had to modify was the forward lunge and knee lift. I did reverse lunges instead, is that the best modification? Thanks Coach and Claudia <3

Carzy how i still come back for this workout as i cant find any boxing/kickboxung workout this intense anywhere. Too mucb rest and too little intensity in all others im seeing.
